About Shipping

Is there a shipping charge?

All products will be sent free of charge nationwide.

(Including Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)


We will send it by Japan Post Click Post or
Sagawa Express.

Can I specify a date?

We do not accept specific date requests.

If you have a preferred delivery time,
please indicate it in the remarks section.
We will accommodate it to the best of our ability.

*Click Post delivery is
a mailbox drop-off service, so specific delivery times cannot be arranged. Thank you for your understanding.

How many days will it take to ship?

Excluding made-to-order items,

orders (once payment is complete) will be shipped within 5-6 business days.

We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

*Shipping is suspended during Golden Week holidays and national holidays.

About Simultaneous Purchase of Pre-order Items and In-stock Items

We ship products according to the estimated dispatch date of the item with the latest delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us via DM or the chat box.

Regarding Ordered Products

The Super Market Bag you pre-ordered for early April release is a made-to-order product. We expect to ship it from late April to early May. Please wait a little longer for delivery.

Can I return it?

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and the tags are still attached.

Can I exchange it?

What is deferred payment?

AThis is a payment method that allows customers to pay their monthly usage amounts in one lump sum by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store or by bank transfer through their Paidy account.

If you choose deferred payment (Paidy), you can make the payment at the following convenience stores and financial institutions.

<Please note>
After the invoice is confirmed, which will be the month after the order is placed,
Cancellation cannot be processed.
Please note that if a refund is necessary, it will be made by bank transfer.
In this case, the refund fee will be borne by the customer, so we will deduct the fee from the product price.

About subscriptions

What is the first delivery limited offer for subscriptions?

Some products may have limited benefits available only for the first delivery.
The first-time delivery limited benefits have terms and conditions for each product, such as "Limited to one per person" or "Limited to one item per person." Please check the individual subscription product pages for details.

<Caution>
Please note that the limited edition bonus items sold under the condition of "Limited to one per person" can only be purchased once per person. Even if you order more than once, the bonus will only be applied to the first delivery.

*Even if the first-time delivery limited bonus is applied on the order screen and order receipt email at the time of application, if the delivery of the application is not the first time, the first-time delivery limited bonus will not be applied. The contents of the email notifying you of the shipment of the ordered product will be the final delivery contents. Please note in advance.

Can I temporarily stop my subscription?

You can skip (take a break) your next delivery once. After a break, delivery will automatically resume. Please complete the procedure on your My Page at least 6 days before your next scheduled delivery date.
