What is Coated PVC processing?
Powdered vinyl chloride is infused into cotton fabric, PVC-coated, and then heated and pressurized to apply an embossed finish (shibo processing). This gives the fabric firmness and stiffness. It provides water-repellent, waterproof, and stain-resistant properties, allowing for easy wiping if it gets wet or dirty.

*While it can handle some exposure to water, it is not completely waterproof due to the needle holes made during the sewing process.

During the process of turning the bags inside out after sewing, some parts of the fabric may appear whitish. Given current technology, it is difficult to prevent this entirely. We exclude items with significant white patches during quality inspection as B-grade products, but some minor white marks may still remain. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
