<fabric features>
The cotton fabric is finished with a matte PVC lamination. It is designed to be resistant to dirt and scratches, with a pebbled texture that provides a sophisticated, mature aesthetic.

What is PVC processing?
Powdered vinyl chloride is kneaded into the cotton fabric, PVC-coated, and then heat-pressed to create a pebbled texture (embossing).

Lamination adds firmness and structure to the fabric. It provides water-repellent, waterproof, and stain-resistant properties, allowing for easy cleanup if the material gets wet or dirty.

*While it can handle minor water exposure, please note that it is not completely waterproof due to the needle holes created during sewing.

What is pebbled texture (shibo)?
The wrinkled pattern on the surface of leather products is called "shibo." Embossing this texture not only enhances the luxurious appearance but also improves tactile feel, prevents slipping, and masks fingerprints and scratches.


<precautions for use>
As vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material, it may feature natural scratches, uneven coloring, stains, wrinkles, veins, or black spots. Friction or moisture may cause color bleeding, so please try to wear clothing of a similar color. The leather is sensitive to light, oils from perspiration, and moisture like rain; leaving it in direct sunlight or in a damp state for extended periods may cause sun-fading or mold. If it gets wet, wipe it promptly with a dry towel and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Please enjoy the aging process unique to natural leather. We take every possible measure to ensure colorfastness, but it is currently impossible to prevent color fading entirely. Please be careful when using the item in the rain or wearing light-colored clothing, as color transfer due to moisture or friction may occur.

<care instructions for leather handles>
Stains can often be removed by rubbing gently with an eraser. As it is a natural material, it will soften and develop a unique color and character over time. Although the back of the leather is treated, if any leather dust appears, applying a clear leather cream to the underside will help settle it.
