Precautions and Care Instructions

What is PVC processing?
We apply a PVC coating by kneading powdered vinyl chloride into cotton fabric, then heating and pressurizing it to apply an embossed finish (shibo processing).

Laminating the fabric gives it firmness and body. It provides water-repellent, waterproof, and stain-resistant properties, allowing you to easily wipe away any water or dirt.

*While it can withstand some water, it is not completely waterproof because the fabric is pierced with needles during the sewing process.

What is shibo processing?
The wrinkled pattern on the surface of leather products is called "shibo." Applying this finish not only adds a luxurious look and alters the appearance, but it also improves the texture, provides a non-slip grip, and helps hide dirt (fingerprints) and scratches.

<characteristics of lamination>
The cotton fabric is laminated. During the process of turning the bag inside out after sewing, some parts of the fabric may develop white marks. With current technology, it is difficult to prevent this entirely. While we exclude items with significant white marks during quality inspection, please be aware that some minor white marks may occur and kindly place your order with this understanding.</characteristics>
