What is Coated PVC processing?
Powdered vinyl chloride is kneaded into cotton fabric, PVC coated, and then heated and pressurized to apply an embossed finish (grained texture). This gives the fabric firmness and resilience. It provides water-repellent, waterproof, and stain-resistant properties, allowing you to quickly wipe off water or dirt.

*While it can withstand some water, it is not completely waterproof because needles pierce the fabric during the sewing process.

During the process of turning the bag inside out after sewing, some parts of the fabric may appear slightly whitish. Given current technology, it is difficult to prevent this completely. If there are many noticeable white areas, we exclude them as defective products during inspection, but some white marks may still occur. Please understand this before placing your order.

The wrinkle pattern on the surface of leather products is called "shibo" (grain). Embossing not only creates a luxurious look but also improves the texture, prevents slipping, and makes fingerprints and scratches less noticeable.

<precautions for use>
Because vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material, it may have natural scratches, color irregularities, stains, wrinkles, veins, or black spots. Color fading may occur due to friction or moisture, so please try to wear clothing of a similar color. It is sensitive to light, oils from sweat, and moisture like rain, so leaving it in direct sunlight or in a wet state for a long time can cause fading or mold. If it gets wet, wipe it off promptly with a dry towel and let it air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Please enjoy the aging process unique to natural leather. We take as much care as possible regarding colorfastness, but it is impossible to completely prevent color fading with current technology. Please be careful when using it in rainy weather or wearing light-colored clothing, as color fading or transfer may occur due to moisture or friction.

Stains can often be removed by rubbing with an eraser. Being a natural material, it will change to a unique color and character and become softer with use. Although we apply a finishing treatment to the back of the leather, if leather fibers start to shed, you can apply a clear leather cream to the underside to settle them.</care></precautions></characteristics>
