Osaka (Senshu) is a thriving cotton blend textile production area.
Weaving the raw fabric, a traditional method of weaving in Saitama Prefecture
The yarn is dyed at a factory that uses Bushu indigo dyeing.
Because it uses reactive dyes, it is more durable than traditional canvas.
It has good resistance to friction, so you can rest assured that the color will not fade.
You can also apply resin glue to the surface.
This gives it a firm and crisp texture.
