Cotton fabric with a matte finish
PVC laminated.
The embossing makes dirt and scratches less noticeable, giving it a luxurious and mature look.

What is PVC processing?
Powdered vinyl chloride is kneaded into cotton fabric
After PVC coating, heat and pressure are applied to emboss
(Textured finish) is applied.

By laminating,
This gives the dough firmness and elasticity.
It has water-repellent, waterproof and stain-resistant properties, and can be wiped clean immediately if it gets wet or dirty.

*Although it is not a problem if the product gets a little wet, it is not completely waterproof as needles are passed through the fabric during sewing.

What is graining?
The wrinkled patterns on the surface of leather products are called "shibo."
By using grain processing,
Not only does it give off a sense of luxury and change the appearance,
It has effects such as a comfortable feel, anti-slip properties, and making dirt (fingerprints) and scratches less noticeable.

<Characteristics of lamination processing>
Laminated cotton fabric.
After sewing is complete, some white areas may appear on the fabric when the bag is turned inside out.
With current technology, it is difficult to completely prevent this.
If there are many noticeable white areas
Although we avoid this when inspecting B-grade products, there may be some white parts.
